so, the deal is, i've been feeling rather craptacular as of late, so this was a major vent piece. it actually started out from the song "Wide Awake" by Audioslave, but turned out to come mainly from "Stand" instead. basically, i've decided to brush it all off, come to terms with what's happened, and just get on with my life.

now, for interest's sake, here's the actual *thousand* words, for the picture.

the horse has basically hit rock bottom, coming to a crossroads of life, and decides that it would just be easier to end it all, rather than feel the pain he is feeling. so, he throws himself off the frozen waterfall, hoping to die on the ice below. however, he doesn't die, just bashes himself on the ice, and breaks through, knocking himself unconcious. as he comes to, the sun rises, and he decides to get up, start over with his life, and move on.
